1. Purpose of Data Processing

The following personal data are processed during registration on Personal Hug:

Google or Facebook ID

Email address

Nicknames, birth dates, anniversaries of the user and their partner

User-generated content ("I love you because..." messages)

The purpose of data processing is to provide the service, manage subscriptions, and improve user experience.

2. Registration and Login

The service requires registration. Login is via Google or Facebook account.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Data processing is based on the user's voluntary consent and the contractual basis necessary for service provision (GDPR Article 6(1) a) and b)).

4. Data Retention

Data are retained until the user account is deleted. Upon deletion, all stored data are permanently erased.

Billing data must be retained by the Service Provider for 8 years according to applicable laws.

User data may only be transferred to the following partners:

Google and Facebook (for authentication)

Stripe (for payment processing)

No data is transferred to other third parties.
